The Cheikh Zayed maternity ward
The Bouamatou Foundation built and equipped a maternity ward at the Cheikh Zayed hospital.
It was inaugurated on May 17, 2006 by Mme Oumoukelthoum Mint Nah, spouse of the President of the CMJD (Military Committee for Justice and Democracy), during the 3rd National Week of Reproductive Health and Social Protection, organized by the National Program for Reproductive Health of the MSAS (Ministry of Health and Social Affairs).
Present were the Minister of Health, the State Secretary for Women's Affairs, the WHO representative (World Health Organization) and other personalities.
